MV Challenger is a DELTA 1250.

Launched in 2019, MV Challenger will be based on the West coast of Scotland, available for hire throughout the UK and surrounding waters.

Ideal for survey work, diving, filming platforms, safety standby, and fast passenger transfer and target recovery

Challenger is powered by twin Yanmar 315hp diesel engines, supplying a total of 630 horsepower, which gives a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots. Its well-apportioned interior provides spacious seating for 15 people.

Fuel consumption at 22 knots is 80 litres per hour. At 9 knots this is reduced to 20 litres per hour.
Outside deck space measures approximately 2500mm by 2500mm long. There is a fitted platform designed to carry 250kg.

The interior seating is easily removed allowing ample space for auxiliary equipment eg. desks and computers.

Challenger is fitted with unique puncture-proof foam rubber coated fendering, making her ideal for coming alongside other vessels. Fitted with a bow landing platform Challenger will be perfect for bow onboarding.

For winter work, heating is supplied by an Eberspacher heating system to keep the cabin at a comfortable working temperature.
